Community Psychiatric Centers is a center with a psychiatrist and child psychiatrist that provides professional mental healthcare services in Southwestern Pennsylvania for children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, mood disorders, depression, ADHD, trauma, and oppositional disorders.

A mental health partnership of Dr. Robert A. Lowenstein, M.D. and Dr. John E. Carosso, Psy.D., Community Psychiatric Centers is a licensed BHRS/Wraparound treatment services provider in Allegheny, Westmoreland, Washington, Fayette, Greene, Armstrong, and Indiana counties. We also operate five licensed Outpatient Mental Health Clinics in Allegheny and Westmoreland counties.
