Love the post! The only thing I would add for kids with ADHD or kids who can't sit do a physical time out. Like running or lifting or something for their age and size but it allows them to release their adrendline and vent their fustration in a safe and calming manner. My dad did that for me at times he would say go do 2 laps around the yard and I did it to my girls. I usually only did it when nothing else would work or if I saw trouble coming and wanted a way to distracte and redirect. :) I really apperciate all your posts.

Very funny - Yea, all our kiddos get upset now and again; even us adults too. Suppose the same applies but the behavior charts may not go over so well;) God bless.

Thanks very much for this distinct blog; this is the kind of thing that keeps me on track through my day. Been looking around for your blog after being referred to it from a buddy and was happy when I stumbled on it after googling for a sometime. As a dedicated blogger, I’m dazzled to see authors like you taking initivative and supporting the community. I would like to comment to show my appreciation for your blog as it’s quite inspiring, and many bloggers do not get acceptance they deserve. Will definitely come back and will recommend to my friends.
