Dr. Robert A. Lowenstein, M.D. and Dr. John E. Carosso, Psy.D. partnered to create Community Psychiatric Centers, which is licensed as an outpatient mental health clinic and a wraparound treatment services provider. We offer numerous assessment and treatment options, beginning with a psychiatric evaluation by Dr. Lowenstein or a psychological evaluation by Dr. Carosso. Subsequent therapy is provided by our supervised and highly trained Doctoral, Master’s and Bachelor level practitioners, and with the prescription of medication as needed.
Community Psychiatric Centers has provided mental health evaluations and treatment to children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of emotional and behavioral disorders and needs since 1997. Our family-focused services can help clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, oppositional disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, and other issues.
