We are looking to fill BC, MT, and TSS and Outpatient Therapist positions in all of our offices. Hours vary depending on clients’ needs. School cases, daylight cases, and evening and weekend cases are available, but are subject to change at any time. Positions are part-time with the potential to acquire full-time hours at a later date. Please note that an interview with CPC does not guarantee employment.

Position Title:

Behavioral Consultant (BC)

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

  • Provide face to face consultations to the parents, school districts, daycare centers, preschools, after-school programs, camps, recreational activities, team members, psychologists and psychiatrists.
  • Write Behavior Plans and Treatment plans at least once every four months for each case
  • Run interagency meetings
  • Develop interventions for the therapists to work on in the home
  • Analyze and graph data as well as develop data collection sheets for parents and therapists
  • Provide supervision of therapists in the home
  • Develop crisis plans
  • Write discharge goals and discharge paperwork
  • Observe the client and record data, complete functional analysis and ABC analysis of behaviors, and conduct assessments of child and family

Education and Experience Required:

  • The BC must have a Masters Degree in a Human Services Field

Position Title:

Mobile Therapist (MT)

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

  • Provide face-to-face therapy at the rate agreed upon every week
  • Record data during every session as indicated by the BC
  • Provide family therapy
  • A current drivers license and the ability to work flexible hours and travel
  • Turn in written paperwork for each session weekly
  • Write treatment plans if indicated at least every four months

Education and Experience Required:

  • A Mobile Therapist must possess a Masters Degree in a clinical discipline such as Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, etc.

Position Title:

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

  • Provide face-to-face behavioral intervention for children and adolescents
  • Follow a treatment plan during each session
  • Document progress notes for each session and obtain signatures on encounter forms for each session
  • Attend and document supervisions and trainings as indicated

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice (Human Service field), if no previous work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in other field with the equivalent of one year full-time paid work in a job that involved direct contact with children
  • Associates Degree or 60 credits towards a bachelor’s degree with the equivalent of at least three years paid experience that involved direct contact with children
  • High school diploma
