You may contact CPC at any of our office locations in Southwestern Pennsylvania to be seen for an appointment. Our Contact Us page will enable you to find the most convenient location and accompanying telephone number. Please have pertinent information ready when you call, such as your child’s social security number and insurance information.

CPC accepts virtually all insurance plans, including Value Behavioral Health of Pennsylvania, CCBHO, Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Magellan, UPMC Health Plan, Aetna, Cigna, UBH, and Medical Assistance.

After obtaining an appointment, please download the corresponding intake form and bring the completed form with you to the evaluation.
